Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of a jurisdiction where our Services are permitted, and not on any sanctions lists. You represent that you are not using the platform for illegal purposes.

Services Description

We provide an AI-powered automated trading system that identifies and exploits price discrepancies for the same cryptocurrency between two exchanges. The system is designed to generate profits that exceed the 3% weekly returns we pay to active investors based on their invested capital. All trading is executed automatically by our AI at high speed. You grant us authority to execute trades on your behalf using deposited funds.

Investments and Returns

• You may deposit cryptocurrency to participate in the arbitrage program.
• We aim to generate returns above 3% weekly, from which we pay you 3% weekly on your active invested capital (subject to availability and platform performance).
• No Guarantee: Returns are not guaranteed. The AI system and crypto markets involve significant risks (see Risk Disclosure).

Account, Deposits, and Withdrawals

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to our fees, processing times, and KYC/AML verification. We may impose minimums or limits.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property

Our AI trading system, algorithms, and platform content are our proprietary property. You receive a limited license to use the Services.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND AI SYSTEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM MARKET VOLATILITY, AI ERRORS, EXCHANGE FAILURES, OR OTHER RISKS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable US federal law. Disputes shall be resolved in Connecticut courts.
